In accordance with the Colorado Department of Health and Environment Regulation 6 CCR 1010-2, Retail Food Establishments and 3-602.12, Colorado Food Code, this section shall serve as written notification to consumers to inquire about information on major food allergens as ingredients.

IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, PLEASE INFORM A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

ALLERGENS:  Prepared foods, including but not limited to canoli, deli sandwiches, deli meats, cheeses, fresh meats, sausages and bakery goods may contain the following nine major allergens as ingredients:

CROSS-CONTAMINATION: Please note that all our dishes are prepared in a kitchen environment where cross-contact with allergens may occur. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens.

  • Items are prepared and stored in facilities where these allergens may also be present.  Please ask staff for specific allergens on any menu items.
